
With degrees in both Economics and Computer Science from Trinity College, as well as an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business within the James A. Grasskamp Center for Real Estate, Scott's expertise in residential real estate and finance translates into unique advantage for his clients and co-workers.
Scott began his career in the mortgage industry selling portfolio loans to Wall Street, and then transitioned into real estate asset management at Clarion Partners, overseeing a portfolio valued at $15 billion. Scott’s education and career experience have culminated with the founding of HG Forbes, and his mantra to make residential real estate “a bit more financial.”
Engaged in varied local communities, Scott has been a member of the Long Walk Society, the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, the Board of Directors at the Greenwich YMCA, the Greenwich Young Professionals Group and varied membership committees.He currently serves on the Membership Committee for the New York Yacht Club. Beyond his professional commitments, he is an accomplished marathon runner and sailor, having run in 4 marathons and worked for an America's Cup syndicate in Newport, RI and Auckland New Zealand. Additionally, Scott holds memberships at The New York Club, The Stanwich Club, Riverside Yacht Club and Little Traverse Yacht Club.
