This is one of my favorite listings in Greenwich. Beautiful turn of the century home. Has been abandoned for a little while and is now in the midst of "bank issues". It took a million dollar price adjustment and a year and a half of hard work, but 128 Butternut Hollow finally sold today. The house sold for $2.6m, which is well bellow the assessment and $1.325m under the original asking price.
