It's approaching 1am and I'm going through my list of things you could possibly do today (Sunday December 19th) and I found this. I'm not the biggest history (or religion for that matter) buff, but I believe that Handel's Messiah consists of some famous Christian Christmas (redundant?) work, right? For those of you that are interested, [...]
This is one of my favorite listings in Greenwich. Beautiful turn of the century home. Has been abandoned for a little while and is now in the midst of "bank issues". With a little love, I think it could be brought back beautifully. I love the bones. So much potential with 3rd floor and basement buildouts.
I'm a big fan of North Mianus. Its a wonderful neighborhood with all of the standard Greenwich benefits (taxes, facilities, etc..). 11 Amherst sold today for $738k and I think that's a great deal. The design might be a little controversial, but you get a full 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, over 2,000 sqft of space and are now living in [...]
I was going to put this up tomorrow, but figured it would be smart to give people the heads up so they could plan and buy some tix. It should be an excellent show. For more information please visit www.RobMathes.com
It took a million dollar price adjustment and a year and a half of hard work, but 128 Butternut Hollow finally sold today. The house sold for $2.6m, which is well bellow the assessment and $1.325m under the original asking price.

I'm assuming it is a Greenwich High School production, being at their theater and all, but it does say it is presented by The Broadway Musical Workshop. Is that just a fancy way at saying that it is put on by the high [...]

We had 5 houses in Greenwich trade today. I'm not sure if this means much, other than people wanting to close before Christmas week. We have seen a decent amount of closing activity, but not much "to contract" activity.
