10 Augustus Lane sold for $2.15m. I think the buyers got a great deal. The house is a true 5 bedroom with 5 and a half bathrooms, 4,200 sqft of space on 2/3rds of an acre extremely close to town. There are some issues (layout and proximity to I-95), though for the price they got great deal. The house was originally priced at $3.25m a year ago. Now, I don't want anyone to think that the market itself came down that much, this house was just overpriced in my opinion.
