THING 114 - The Great Backyard Bird Count

The things you find on the internet...So, in my quest to provide everyone with something new and fun to do in Greenwich I found some calendars talking about this bird count that runs from Feb 18th to the 22nd. Most calendars don't have much on them other than this being a bird count and some links as to where you can learn more about them.After doing a little more googling I found an article in the Greenwich Time talking about this event.http://www.greenwichtime.com/local/article/Four-day-international-bird-count-begins-Friday-1018996.phpAnd then even more googling I found the home base for the National Backyard Bird Count.http://www.birdsource.org/gbbc/There are instructions, videos, prizes, etc...This actually looks like a neat event.
