9 Nassau Place SOLD for $715,000
I've been following this house for awhile and came close to putting in a bid myself. I think this was a great buy. The new owners spent $715k and got a neat old 1920s house (2,031 sqft) with a garage apartment. I didn't get to see the apartment, but gather it was rented out. Keep in mind this is legally a single family. Anyhow, I like the old bones of the pre-war homes and love the price point. Congratulations to the new owners. It looks like you got a good deal.
