Chinawhite...Organic Chic Chinese food executed with Perfection. Fortunate for residents of the Greenwich community we can take the express train to Grand Central, or take the real express walk to dine at the recently opened (June) Chinawhite at 249 Railroad Avenue. The peace and serenity of our lovely town is complimented by the high level of cuisine that the CB5 Restaurant Group has brought to Greenwich, with a fresh menu created by the same talented team behind both TAO and Budakkan, with well know locations around the world. The attractiveness of Chinawhite starts with its pure simplicity. From the design dominated by modernity with white lighting and minimalist features, to its pure organic ingredients, this new eatery is a destination for deliciousness. The high quality of the team's dedication to authentic Chinese fare is remarkable, the menu never strays from the concept of organic Chinese, unlike other restaurants which include all types of "Asian" elements. This kitchen sticks to China, and I will state again because of its importance, they adhere to complete fresh, organic culinary ingredients making Chinawhite the place that provides much food for thought.A few recommendations come to mind, however, during your visit be open to the entire menu - you may be surprised once you have Chinawhite, you will only eat their Chinese cuisine moving forward. My personal favorites are without a doubt/, the pork fried dumplings as a start....and the fried wontons with chocolate to finish. Without saying more about what came between, take a look at the menu at: http://www.chinawhiteusa.com/menu_greenwich/food_greenwich.html
