I'm not a huge fan of Zillow and their reference to the fluctuation in values that Zillow has placed on our town. That company uses some macro level analysis to determine individual house values. This doesn't really work as no computer program in Seattle, WA can accurately determine the value of an individual home in Greenwich, CT. You can see how far off they are when houses trade for anywhere from 40% above to 40% below their "z-estimate".
