Christmas Tree Disposal/Drop/Recycling in Greenwich

For those of you who want to free up some space and get out of the house, the town of Greenwich has opened up its christmas tree drop/recycling/disposal locations. They will be open until the end of January.

Please, for the love of god, only drop off tress that have been undecorated. Last year I dropped off my tree at Bruce Park to see three fully wired (with lights) trees in the pile. Seriously....

Here are the drop off locations:

Bruce Park - from 8am to 4pm by the children's playground. For those in (Greenwich, Cos Cob, Belle Haven)

Greenwich Point/Tod's Point - 6am until sunset in the first parking lot across from the Nature Center. For those in (Old Greenwich, North Mianus, Riverside and  Cos Cob)

Holly Hill Recycling Center - 7am to 3pm on weekdays and 7am to noon on Saturdays in the yard waste area. For those in (Greenwich, Byram, Pemberwick, Glenville, Belle Haven)
