Please please please stop looking at the Zillow estimates, especially when researching Greenwich CT Real Estate. Zillow is a great site if you want to find out what your neighbors house probably* traded for, what it is currently listed for or for a view of their plot, but it is a HORRIBLE site for valuations. This is a computer program [...]
When I pulled the Greenwich CT Real Estate listings this morning for house in the Glenville area the MLS returned 73 listings (here are all of the Glenville CT Real Estate listings) ranging in price from $350,000 at 24 Caroline Place to $14 million at 21 Midwood Drive. Now on the list of Glenville CT Real Estate you do see a huge swing in prices, but many of these houses on Vineyard, [...]
Putnam Park (Greenwich CT Real Estate) offers some great condos/co-ops within walking distance to downtown Greenwich/Greenwich Avenue/Greenwich Train Station.

Many people don't realize just how many condominium units there are in Greenwich (Cos Cob, Riverside and Old Greenwich). This area of Greenwich CT Real Estate has been growing dramatically over the past twenty years. I've seen a dramatic increase in empty nesters who want to stay in town, but downsize and maybe get closer to downtown. Due [...]

The house itself is in good condition, but could use some upgrading; many people would take advantage of the 1 acre [...]
Here's a quick little article on things to do in Byram CT. I thought that those of you who are interested in Byram CT Real Estate might be interested in reading this.
Byram has always been a double-edge sword in my eye. It has a fantastic location as it is on the water in Greenwich and borders New York. The other edge is that it borders Port Chester NY and the traffic and density in certain parts of Byram can be high. That all being said, just like [...]
1109 Lake Avenue closed this week for $9.25 million, showing some strength in the Greenwich Real Estate market. I had the pleasure of showing the house to some clients and think that for $9.25m it is a solid buy. At one point, this "Conyers" estate was priced at $13million, which really doesn't make sense in this market. While the home is gated and does receive many of the benefits of being part of [...]
Living in Greenwich is not only fun, delicious, convenient, but also educational!!! The Center for Continuing Education has classes for everyone: mothers, daughters, sons, father, friends, young professionals...and even your [...]

I think that it is very important for those that are interested in Greenwich CT Real Estate to understand why this town is in such a great location in relation to the rest of Fairfield [...]
