For those of you who care, I had my first blog post on the Greenwich Patch.com today - Low Inventory in Greenwich Real Estate.

If you click on the neighborhood pages at the top you'll see searches that I have put together. For example, on the Cos Cob page at the top you'll see a series of searches like this one that will lead you directly to houses on the market. Cos Cob has a ton of great real estate ranging from $400k to $4.9 million.
